When will my order be fulfilled?

Order fulfillment is the responsibility of our Vendors. We have asked our Vendors to fulfill within 2 weeks of the order date, but cannot guarantee that timeframe.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Since payment for each sale (minus the transaction fees) is transferred to the Vendor, CvilleShops.com and Storyware do not provide refunds or exchanges for any and all purchases.

Transaction feeds are non-refundable.
